Must-haves
- 3+ years of development experience using Python
- 1+ year of practical experience in machine learning and deep learning
- Experience in team development using Git/GitHub
- Experience in container-based development using Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
- Business-level Japanese communication skills / Native-level Japanese proficiency
- Must reside in Japan for remote work
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with multi-node distributed learning (FSDP, DeepSpeed, Megatron-LM)
- Experience implementing and improving Transformer architectures
- Experience with LLM post-training (SFT/RLHF/DPO)
- Experience developing web applications or API servers
- Paper acceptance/presentations at international ML conferences
- Top-ranking experience in data analysis competitions (Kaggle)

Work style
Full remote work is possible, but residency must be within Japan. Choice of remote/in-office work with no restrictions on in-office days. Super flextime system (6:00 - 22:00). Location: Tokyo Head Office.

Estimated Annual Salary: ¥6,000,000 - ¥15,000,000. Stock option system available. Side jobs and concurrent employment permitted.
