Must-haves
- Over 2 years of experience developing and operating ML services in a team.
- Experience developing and operating in cloud environments (GCP or AWS).
- Expertise in Machine Learning, NLP, Image Recognition, or Speech Recognition.
- Business-level Japanese communication skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience planning/developing core ML products.
- SaaS product commitment experience (0 to 1 launch).
- Award-winning experience in data science competitions (Kaggle, SIGNATE).
- Experience contributing to OSS projects (PyTorch, Transformers).
- Development experience using LLM APIs (OpenAI).
- Experience building HPC clusters.
