Must-haves
- Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent knowledge
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Deep expertise in a specific area of software development (backend, frontend, infrastructure, etc.)
- Leadership experience in team development
- Business-level communication skills in Japanese / Native-level Japanese proficiency
- Must reside in Japan for full remote work
Nice-to-haves
- Experience building foundational technology organizations and improving processes (CI/CD, test automation)
- Experience in architectural design for large-scale, high-load environments
- Experience developing ML-related products
- Development experience in cloud environments (AWS, GCP)
- Contributions to OSS or technical communities

Work style

Annual salary: ¥9,000,000 - ¥13,000,000. Stock option system available. Side jobs/concurrent employment allowed.
