• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Business-level communication skills in Japanese / Native-level Japanese proficiency
• Residence must be within Japan (full remote work from overseas is not possible)

Work style

Full remote work is possible, with the option to work from the Head Office in Tokyo or from home. Residence must be within Japan. Super flextime system with no core hours (6:00 to 22:00). No Meeting Days twice a week.
