We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our growing team developing the "MOZU Order" BtoB marketplace for construction materials. You will be instrumental in driving DX for the entire industry by taking ownership from requirements definition to implementation and operation of core systems and new features.
Hybrid work style with 2-3 days of office presence per week, full flextime system (no core hours, flexible hours 7:00-22:00). Location: Tokyo.
Salary: 9,000,000 - 18,000,000 JPY annually. Includes 45 hours of fixed overtime. Possibility of stock options. Side jobs allowed with application.
