Photosynth is seeking a QA Engineer to lead quality assurance across embedded, web, and mobile layers for their IoT x SaaS product, "Akerun". This role involves driving AI adoption in testing processes and improving quality from the early stages of development.
Must-haves
- Experience leading system testing for web applications.
- Experience with AI for test process efficiency (tool usage, prompt design, process design).
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to solve problems.
- JSTQB Foundation Level certification or equivalent knowledge.
- Experience with automated test planning, design, implementation, and operation.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience testing multi-layer systems including embedded and hardware.
- Experience reviewing development documentation.
- Coding experience as a software development engineer.
- Experience designing and executing tests for non-functional requirements (performance, security).
- Knowledge of SaaS web architecture design.

Work style

Salary: Monthly 500,000 - 750,000 JPY. Annual salary 6,000,000 - 9,000,000 JPY. Trial period: 6 months. Overtime: Average 20 hours/month. Indoor smoking prohibited.
