EXPLAZA is seeking an IT Consultant / Project Manager to lead AI-related projects for major companies. This role involves driving decision-making, expanding productivity with AI, and growing into a Lead role.
Must-haves
- 2+ years of project experience in IT consulting, SIer, or corporate IT
- Experience in upstream to midstream processes (requirements definition, UAT, issue management)
- Sub-PjM or PMO Sub-Lead experience in mid-to-large scale projects
- Ability to coordinate with vendors and negotiate with clients
- Understanding of system development processes
- Experience using generative AI (ChatGPT, etc.) or strong desire to learn
- Experience in business applications/systems domain
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in IT consulting firms / mid-tier SIers
- Experience promoting projects for major companies
- Experience in DX promotion / business reform projects
- Experience using project management tools (Jira, Backlog, Notion)
- Experience in RFP response and proposal activities
- Experience in business improvement utilizing AI and automation

Other notes
Annual salary: ¥9,000,000 - ¥12,000,000. Includes fixed overtime pay for 45 hours/month. Salary increases twice a year. AI Boost Pack for self-improvement expenses (up to ¥50,000/month).
