The company is launching a new DX and AI support business for the manufacturing industry. This role involves consulting with manufacturing sites to identify issues and implement solutions using AI, robots, and various systems.
Must-haves
- Experience in the manufacturing industry (sales, or operations such as procurement, shipping, inventory, order processing, inspection)
- Experience in promoting DX in manufacturing through system implementation
- Interest in solving manufacturing issues and utilizing DX/AI/robots
- Bachelor's degree or higher (or equivalent from a technical college)
- Business-level Japanese proficiency
- Valid Japanese work visa and at least 6 months remaining before expiration
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in consulting for the manufacturing industry
- Experience in software development for the manufacturing industry
- Knowledge/experience with Python, SQL, BI tools, SaaS, ERP, MES, IoT, PLC, RPA
- Basic knowledge of AI, machine learning, generative AI, image recognition, demand forecasting, anomaly detection
- Experience proposing investments and DX measures using subsidies
- Project management or team management experience

Work style
Hybrid remote work is possible. Location is Osaka city (details to be determined). Full flex-time or discretionary labor system available.
Other notes
Salary range: Monthly 714,000 - 1,786,000 JPY. Annual salary 6,000,000 - 9,990,000 JPY. Overtime approx. 20-30 hours/month. 123 annual holidays.
