This role is for a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) focused on AI, Cloud, and Data. You will work on implementing avatar and AI solutions to solve social issues, aiming to embed these technologies into society and create new business opportunities.
Must-haves
- Full-stack background with ability to understand and resolve technical bottlenecks.
- Experience leading projects from requirements definition to implementation and operation, directly engaging with customers.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders in roles like PM, EM, or Tech Lead.
- Experience collaborating with overseas teams using English or working in a multinational environment.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience connecting PoCs to full-scale implementation.
- Experience contributing to customer expansion by uncovering latent customer issues.
- Experience building development processes in a 1-10 phase organization.
- Knowledge of complex systems like AI, LLM, and WebRTC.

Monthly salary: ¥580,000 ~ (Annual salary: ¥7,000,000 - ¥10,000,000). 3-month trial period.
