Must-haves
- 3+ years of practical experience as a Data Engineer
- 1+ year of project management experience
- Experience in architectural design using major DWHs (BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.)

- Experience in infrastructure construction using IaC (e.g., Terraform)
- Experience introducing and operating data governance and data catalogs (e.g., OpenMetadata)
- Track record of external communication (presentations, blogs)
