Product Force is seeking a Platform Engineer to build and promote a Developer Platform from scratch. This role, reporting directly to the CTO, aims to maximize the learning and development speed of product teams by establishing common infrastructure for CI/CD, testing, automation, observability, and security. The platform will be AI-native, redesigning the entire development process.
Hybrid: 1 day/week in office (Tokyo), monthly commute for those living remotely. Flex-time with core hours 11:00-16:00.
Salary: 8,000,000 - 15,000,000 JPY annually.
