■ Job Description
You will be responsible for leading projects from start to finish, from IT consulting to system implementation and post-release improvement proposals, by deeply engaging with clients in diverse industries such as real estate, healthcare, insurance, and automotive.
1) Customer Hearing & Requirements Definition: Immerse yourself in the client's operations, uncover latent needs, and define optimal system requirements. We address the essence of the problem, rather than just building what's asked.
2) Design & Technology Selection: Proactively select the most suitable technologies for the project, such as React, Kotlin, Python, AWS, GCP, and design the overall system architecture.
3) Development, Implementation & Testing: Collaborate with the team to develop high-quality systems at high speed. You will also be hands-on, driving the project forward.
4) Operation & Improvement Proposals: We don't just deliver and finish. Based on post-release performance measurement and feedback, we will immediately propose and implement continuous functional improvements and new solutions in the field.
