This role is for a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) / Presales Engineer to bridge the gap between technology and customers, focusing on accelerating enterprise adoption and developing AI solutions. You will work between sales and product teams to understand customer challenges and use AI tools and API integrations to provide solutions.
Must-haves
- 2+ years of experience in web application development, system integration, or technical sales/presales.
- Communication skills to accurately assess technical feasibility and explain to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in identifying customer issues and proposing/driving solutions using technology.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience as a Presales Engineer, Sales Engineer, FDE, or Solutions Architect.
- Experience in technical roles involving customer interaction in SaaS, IT, or EC domains.
- Implementation experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and API integrations.
- Experience proposing solutions or implementing prototypes using Generative AI/LLMs.
