Must-haves
- 2+ years of practical experience in web application development
- Experience implementing backend or frontend using React, Next.js, Node.js, Ruby on Rails, or PHP
- Experience with the full development process including implementation, testing, and operations/maintenance
- Strong motivation to autonomously learn AI tools and new technologies to improve development processes
Nice-to-haves
- Practical experience with TypeScript
- Development/operations experience in cloud environments like AWS
- Experience or interest in product development and task automation using generative AI/AI tools
- Experience in EC domain system development/operations (e.g., Shopify, ec-force integration)
