As a Senior AI Product Engineer, you will empower product teams to autonomously develop AI features. You will provide hands-on support and guidance to solve on-site challenges, standardize AI development knowledge, and accelerate AI adoption across all SmartHR products.
Must-haves
- 5+ years of experience in web application development using frameworks (language/framework agnostic)
- Experience integrating AI into products
- Experience driving requirements definition through release, collaborating with PMs and designers
- Experience leading improvements in technical challenges and development processes, considering product quality and reliability
Nice-to-haves
- Experience developing products requiring complex domain knowledge (e.g., payroll, labor, accounting)
- Experience with Ruby on Rails, React, TypeScript
- Experience with scalability design and SLO management for systems handling large data
- Experience with cross-product architecture design
- Experience leading Agile/Scrum development teams

Work style
Full remote or On-site in Tokyo (Sumitomo Fudosan Roppongi Grand Tower). Flexible working hours (no core time, 5:00-22:00 flexible time).

Salary: Monthly 625,000 - 1,060,000 JPY. Annual 9,000,000 - 15,000,000 JPY.
