SmartHR is seeking Backend Engineers to contribute to their cloud HR and labor management software, SmartHR. You will be involved in all phases of SaaS product development, from planning to operation, focusing on scaling products towards 100 billion JPY in sales.
Full Remote (must be a resident of Japan) or Office (Tokyo) with Flextime system (no core hours).
Annual salary range: 9,500,000 - 15,000,000 JPY. Includes performance-based bonus twice a year. Monthly salary includes 45 hours of deemed overtime and 8 hours of deemed night shift allowance.
