Join ExaWizards as a DevOps Lead for the AI-native development platform, exaBase Studio. You will lead the automation of team processes and cloud infrastructure, aiming to improve deployment efficiency and system availability. This role is crucial for building an AI-native development process from scratch.
Must-haves
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Infrastructure Engineer, or Solutions Architect roles
- Experience in infrastructure construction and automation using AWS or Azure
- Understanding of IaC concepts and experience with tools like Chef, Packer, Terraform
- Knowledge of version control, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, orchestration, deployment automation, and configuration management
- Experience developing web applications using any web framework
- Business-level Japanese (N2 or above)
- Conversational English communication skills
- Must come to the Tokyo office once a week
Nice-to-haves
- Operational experience with Kubernetes
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, or AWS
- Experience leading a team technically as a Tech Lead or Lead Engineer
