Must-haves
- Software development skills to complete enterprise web applications from design to operation.
- Ability to design and build developer platforms or large-scale data infrastructure.
- Ability to translate non-functional requirements (availability, security, scalability) into design.
- Cloud infrastructure construction and operation experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure) using IaC.
- Strong interest and learning desire in AI-driven development (prior coding agent experience not required).
- Client communication skills, able to explain technical trade-offs to non-engineers.
- Business-level or higher Japanese communication skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience implementing applications incorporating LLMs (Claude API / OpenAI API, etc.).
- Experience designing high-load, high-availability systems.
- Security design and audit response experience.
- Habit of outputting through contributions to OSS, technical blog posts, or presentations.
- Experience creating internal common libraries and development assets.
