Must-haves
- Ability to complete web applications from design to production operation.
- Ability to translate non-functional requirements (availability, security, scalability) into design.
- Cloud infrastructure construction/operation experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure) using IaC.
- Strong interest and desire to learn AI-driven development (prior coding agent experience not required).
- Business-level or higher Japanese communication skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience implementing applications incorporating LLMs (Claude API, OpenAI API, etc.).
- Experience designing high-load, high-availability systems.
- Security design and audit response experience.
- Contributions to OSS, tech blogs, or conference presentations.
