Raksul is seeking a Backend Engineer (SCM) to develop and operate core business systems. You will contribute to feature development, improvements, and operational tasks for systems coordinating order information with printing partners and supporting the printing EC system.
Must-haves
- 5+ years of development experience with type-safe languages (e.g., Go, Java, C#)
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL)
- Experience building and operating cloud-native infrastructure using AWS
- Experience in a lead development role (e.g., Tech Lead)
- Ability to understand business/product status and roadmaps
- Ability to take responsibility for design and make technology selections
- Ability to manage development quality
Nice-to-haves
- Experience developing foundational systems
- Design and development of systems using microservices or REST API integration
- Design and implementation experience with DDD, Clean Architecture

Work style
Flextime system with core hours 11:00-15:00 (Mondays 10:00-15:00). Location: Azabudai Hills Mori JP Tower 19F, Minato-ku, Tokyo.

Monthly salary: ¥470,000 ~ (Annual salary: ¥6,200,000 - ¥11,000,000). 3 interview rounds.
