We are seeking a Corporate Engineer to plan, develop, and operate corporate systems, focusing on building a secure environment for handling confidential information. This role involves leading initiatives to enhance the IT infrastructure for all Rakusru employees and offers a path to specialize in FinTech corporate engineering.
Must-haves
- Project management experience in multiple system implementation projects
- Experience in planning, budget management, and effect measurement for IT investments over 10 million JPY annually
- Design and operational experience with enterprise-level IDaaS (e.g., Entra ID)
- Full operational experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Design and construction experience for secure work environments (ID/access management, device control, network, etc.)
- Experience designing and operating systems considering confidential and personal information handling
- Experience designing and operating IT environments with audits and internal controls in mind
- Experience designing and implementing systems based on both business and security requirements
Nice-to-haves
- Lead experience in zero trust network architecture design and implementation projects
- Experience leading company-wide implementation/renewal projects for ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
- Experience integrating office infrastructure across multiple locations (5+) and designing/operating enterprise networks (Cisco, Aruba, etc.)
- Experience building zero-touch deployment infrastructure with Intune/Jamf Pro for large-scale device management (1000+ devices)
- Experience developing system integration and automation scripts using APIs, and managing infrastructure code with GitHub
- Experience in IT infrastructure development and local subsidiary IT support for global expansion
- Experience in IT integration projects during M&A and organizational restructuring
- Experience in formulating mid-to-long-term IT strategies and proposing them to management

Salary: 515,000 - 570,000 JPY/month. Annual salary: 7,410,000 - 8,700,000 JPY. Employment type: Full-time. Probationary period: 3 months (no change in conditions).
