LITALICO is seeking a BizOps Engineer to scale their business using data and AI. You will collaborate with various teams to identify business challenges, design and implement AI/automation solutions, and integrate systems and data. This role is crucial for driving business growth and expanding into new areas like general education and mental health.
Must-haves
- 5+ years of experience in web backend or tool development
- Experience in business improvement or system project promotion at a company, or experience in strategy/IT consulting
- Experience communicating with non-engineering departments (sales, CS, marketing) or customers to identify issues and propose/implement solutions
- Experience leading projects involving multiple stakeholders
Nice-to-haves
- Experience quickly building prototypes and iterating through validation and improvement in uncertain situations
- Experience visualizing, automating, and improving analog business processes using IT and tools
- Knowledge of CRM/SFA/ERP systems and experience developing system integrations using external APIs
- Experience leading overall architecture design and cross-organizational BPR (Business Process Re-engineering)

Work style
Hybrid work with occasional in-office presence (1-4 times a month) in Tokyo. Remote work from home or a similar environment is expected. No satellite offices. Public spaces like cafes are not permitted for work.
Other notes
Salary: Monthly salary between 590,000 - 897,500 JPY (Annual income 8.5M - 14M JPY). Discretionary labor system (specialized professional type) with 8 hours deemed working time. 3-month trial period with no changes to salary or conditions.
