Salary: ¥8,500,000 - ¥14,000,000 per year (based on experience/skills). Includes 20 hours of fixed overtime allowance per month. Bonuses paid twice a year (May, November). Discretionary labor system (special professional type) for system engineers, with a deemed working time of 8 hours per day. Flextime system also available. No age limit. Side jobs allowed. Reduced working hours (32/35 hours per week) available.
