Must-haves
- 3+ years of mobile application (iOS or Android) design and development experience
- Development experience in Swift, Kotlin, or Flutter
- Team lead experience (design reviews, code reviews, task design, decision support)
- Experience with automated testing and CI/CD in mobile app development
- Ability to improve productivity using generative AI tools (e.g., Claude Code)
- Basic Linux/Mac environment operations and Git usage
- Cross-functional communication and consensus building with Product Owners and designers
- Business-level Japanese language proficiency for discussions and documentation
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with microservices/distributed systems
- Experience designing and implementing security measures
- Experience resolving technical debt and modernizing legacy applications
- Experience deploying generative AI development practices to a team
