Develop and provide the generative AI platform "Ai Workforce" to integrate AI into business operations. This new business team, established in 2023, aims to bridge the gap between advanced AI technologies like LLMs and their practical application in enterprise environments through user experience (AI-UX).
Must-haves
- Experience leading system design, development, or operations as a Software Engineer, SRE, Platform Engineer, or Solutions Architect.
- Experience leading projects with high technical difficulty or uncertainty involving multiple teams and roles.
- Ability to identify issues from business, customer, and product contexts, structuring discussion points, dependencies, risks, and options.
- Ability to investigate ambiguous issues across multiple technical layers, understanding architecture and data flow, forming hypotheses, and specifying necessary information to concretize causes and solutions using logs, metrics, code, and settings.
- Ability to gain consensus with stakeholders with different expertise and drive projects forward without relying on authority.
- Experience applying knowledge gained from projects to products, platforms, operational processes, documentation, and tools.
- Business-level Japanese communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in development/operations of B2B SaaS or enterprise systems.
- Experience designing/building cloud architectures using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
