Must-haves
- 2+ years of experience in test planning, design, and execution for web applications/software.
- Experience with testing in Agile or Waterfall development environments.
- JSTQB Foundation Level certification or equivalent knowledge.
- Ability to select appropriate testing techniques (e.g., equivalence partitioning, boundary value analysis).
- Strong communication skills for constructive discussions with development teams and stakeholders.
- Proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new technologies and methods.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in product quality analysis and improvement.
- Experience with automated testing, including planning, design, and operation.
- Deep understanding of product domain knowledge and business models.
- Interest or experience in using generative AI for testing and quality improvement.
- JSTQB Advanced Level certification or equivalent knowledge.
- Web application development experience (any language, front-end or back-end).
- Experience with non-functional requirement testing (performance, security).

Annual salary range: ¥5,500,000 - ¥8,000,000. Incentive system based on semi-annual performance reviews. Side jobs are permitted.
