As a Full Stack Engineer at kubell, you will lead the development of new BPaaS products, contributing to the company's mission of making work more enjoyable and creative. You will collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Business members to innovate and improve existing products, leveraging AI and SaaS to transform Japanese SMEs.
Must-haves
- Experience in designing, developing, and operating web applications.
- Experience with commercial services or business systems.
- Experience implementing both front-end and back-end web development.
- Experience with API and database design.
- Ability to integrate AI into editors/IDEs for code completion and generation.
- Understanding of generative AI fundamentals and ability to improve prompts.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience developing and operating front-end and back-end systems using TypeScript.
- Experience in infrastructure design, construction, and operation.
- Experience in specification definition for B2B products, including business support SaaS.
