PRONI is seeking a Web Engineer to join their Product Development Department. You will be responsible for developing and leading the growth of PRONI Aimitsu, Japan's largest BtoB order placement and reception platform, contributing to DX reform in inter-company transactions.
Must-haves
- 3+ years of web application development experience (PHP, Ruby, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, etc.)
- 6+ months of web application operation experience
- Experience incorporating AI tools (Devin, Cursor, Claude code) for development speed improvement
- Experience prioritizing development for KPI improvement
- Ability to proactively propose solutions to business-side departments
Nice-to-haves
- Experience developing SPAs with Vue.js or React
- End-to-end development experience (backend to frontend)
- Experience designing and tuning RDBMS (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Agile/Scrum development experience
- Experience in technical challenges and architectural design
- Mentoring team members
- Active engagement in technical communication

Work style

Annual Salary: ¥5,500,000 - ¥9,000,000 (includes 40 hours fixed overtime allowance per month). Over 120 days off per year. Skill improvement support available (certification, books, side jobs).
