Openlogi is seeking a Lead Engineer to drive technical decision-making for their Warehouse Management System (WMS) platform, which aims to optimize the logistics industry. This role involves leading the WMS team to address challenges like system complexity, architectural coupling, and quality assurance in an AI-driven development environment.
Must-haves
- Experience leading development teams of 3+ people using agile methodologies
- Experience designing, developing, and operating web services
- Experience designing, developing, and operating business systems
- Experience developing and operating using cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, etc.)
- Experience with product technical selection and overall system design
- Experience leading requirements definition based on user value in collaboration with business and PdM

Annual salary range: 8,000,000 JPY to 15,000,000 JPY. Trial period of 3 months with equivalent conditions.
