As an SRE/Infrastructure Engineer for "Tabechoku," you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle from upstream design to implementation and team direction. You will focus on development for service growth, including new implementations, requirements definition, and technology selection to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). The role involves collaborating with Product Managers and Designers in autonomous unit teams to drive product improvement and growth speed.
Hybrid: Up to 3 days of remote work per week. Office location: Tokyo (5-minute walk from JR "Hamamatsucho" Station / Toei Subway "Daimon" Station). Flextime system (Core time: 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM).
Full-time employee. Estimated annual salary: 6,000,000 JPY - 9,000,000 JPY. Includes fixed overtime pay for 45 hours per month.
