ENECHANGE is seeking a Lead Engineer (Ruby on Rails) to lead the development of energy infrastructure digitization products. You will be responsible for the entire development process, from design to improvement, and will have opportunities to work as a full-stack engineer. The role involves leading contract members and driving product development with a focus on autonomous team completion.
Hybrid work with 4 days remote and 1 day in the office per week (full remote negotiable for those residing outside Tokyo). Flextime system.
Annual Salary: 7,000,000 - 8,500,000 JPY. Includes 45 hours of fixed overtime allowance. Bonuses linked to performance and evaluation twice a year.
