Spacemarket is seeking a Web Engineer (Tech Lead) to join their core team during a period of transformation and growth. This role will focus on leading the renewal of a sustainable product foundation to achieve discontinuous growth.
Must-haves
- 5+ years of experience in design and development of medium to large-scale web applications
- Experience in architecture design or equivalent technical decision-making
- Practical experience addressing system non-functional requirements (quality improvement, performance tuning)
- Experience adapting to development styles using AI tools for productivity/quality improvements
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in team building, goal setting, and member development
- Experience in design and development of data analysis platforms
- Practical experience in security measures, technical debt management, and system audits
- Construction and operation of CI/CD
- Infrastructure design and operation experience using AWS or GCP
- Experience promoting projects with other departments
- Experience with Scrum development
- Advanced experience utilizing LLMs (harness engineering, prompt design)
