Join Timee to develop new web applications and create the company's second and third revenue streams. You will be involved in the entire lifecycle of new products, from 0 to 1 and 1 to 10, leveraging the existing user base of 13.4 million. Must-haves
- Experience in full-cycle web application development (requirements definition, design, development, testing, operation, maintenance).
- Backend API and web service development experience using Ruby on Rails, Go, TypeScript, or JVM languages (Java, Kotlin, etc.).
- Experience developing and operating self-operated package software or web services.
- Experience in agile development projects using Scrum.
- Experience collaborating with business members and Product Managers to define specifications and solve issues.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience launching new web services.
- Experience developing and operating large-scale (high-load), high-availability services.
- Web front-end development experience (TypeScript, Next.js).
- Experience developing mission-critical systems (e.g., in finance).
- Experience in continuous improvement of Developer Experience (DX).

Work style
Full remote OK, Flex time (core hours 11:00-15:30). Location: Tokyo, but full remote is possible.
Other notes
Salary: 500,000 - 875,000 JPY/month. Annual salary: 6,000,000 - 10,500,000 JPY. Bonus based on performance.
