Seeking Senior Web Application Engineers to develop new products and revenue streams for the "タイミー" platform, which already serves over 10 million users. You will be involved in the entire lifecycle of new web applications, from planning and design to development and operation, contributing to the company's multi-product strategy.
Must-haves
- Experience in full-cycle web application development (requirements definition, design, development, testing, operation, maintenance).
- Backend API and web service development experience using Ruby on Rails, Go, TypeScript, or JVM languages (Java, Kotlin, etc.).
- Experience developing and operating self-operated package software or web services.
- Experience in agile development projects using Scrum.
- Experience collaborating with business members and Product Managers to define specifications and solve issues.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience launching new web services.
- Experience developing and operating large-scale, high-availability services.
- Web frontend development experience (TypeScript, Next.js).
- Experience developing mission-critical systems (e.g., in finance).
- Experience in continuous improvement of Developer Experience (DX).

Other notes
Annual salary range: 9,000,000 JPY - 15,000,000 JPY. Monthly base salary: 750,000 JPY - 1,250,000 JPY. Performance-based bonuses available.
