As an Engineering Manager for the interactive video platform 'MIL', you will strengthen the development organization by bridging business and product development. You will shape a better development system in line with business growth by advancing organizational design, recruitment, training, and development improvements.
Full remote possible. Initial onboarding may require a few business days in-office. In-office presence may be required for certain tasks. All-hands company meetings are held offline twice a year.
Expected Annual Salary: 7,000,000 - 9,000,000 JPY. Monthly Salary System. Commuting Allowance, Communication Allowance, Overtime Pay. Discretionary Labor System (8 hours/day).
