Seeking initial members to lead the 0 to 1 development of next-generation AI products utilizing cutting-edge LLMs. This role involves technology acquisition, development, implementation, and operation to create new value and drive DX for SMEs.
Must-haves
- 2+ years of web, mobile, or SI application development experience (new development from requirements phase)
- Experience developing products using LLMs as agents
- Experience planning, developing, and operating data science and ML models
- Experience in the entire engineering process from design to development and testing
- Experience leading implementation and operation of internal systems and products
- Ability to communicate smoothly with CxOs and business stakeholders
Nice-to-haves
- 3+ years of practical experience building, tuning, and evaluating ML/DL models
- Theoretical understanding and implementation of ML algorithms (e.g., Transformers)
- Practical experience with AWS SageMaker/Bedrock or GCP Vertex AI
- Experience applying NLP and structured document analysis (e.g., LLM, BERT)
- Understanding of MLOps
