Seeking an engineer to design and lead the creation of a company-wide creative production automation system using Generative AI, Figma, and data infrastructure. This role is within the AI & Data Strategy Department, aiming to transform creative production processes for SMEs.
Must-haves
- Practical experience in structural design system design using Figma's Auto Layout, Variables, and Component Properties.
- Experience handling image generation AI at a business level, ensuring brand compliance.
- Experience bringing business workflows incorporating generative AI/LLMs into actual operation.
- Basic literacy for building the loop cycle of image generation – Quality Review – Verification, RL.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Comfy UI/Stable Diffusion local/GPU server operation and custom pipelines.
- Experience producing and operating video creatives using generative AI for video.
- Experience implementing and operating MCP servers or using agent-based development tools.
- Experience building LP auto-generation and delivery infrastructure.
- Experience designing and developing creative evaluators using LLM-as-Judge / VLM.
- Experience linking data infrastructure with advertising platform APIs.
- Deep understanding of typography, color, layout principles, and information design.
- Ability to define quality standards for AI-generated output and translate them into evaluation rubrics.

Monthly salary: ¥504,000 - ¥690,000. Annual salary: ¥8.5 - ¥11.64 million. Bonus twice a year. 3 months trial period.
