Must-haves
- 2+ years of experience in cloud application development (Web, mobile, or SI)
- Experience in AI/LLM implementation (app development, system integration, MCP usage)
- Experience in engineering process management (design, development, testing, operation)
- Ability to communicate technical content clearly to management and business stakeholders
Nice-to-haves
- 3+ years of experience in data science or ML model development and operation
- Experience building experimental environments and pipelines using AWS or Google Cloud
- Proven application of state-of-the-art NLP and structured document analysis architectures
- Understanding and practical experience in MLOps (CI/CD, deployment pipelines, retraining)

Work style
Remote work available, Flextime with core hours (10:00-15:00). Expected to commute to the office once a week. Business trips may be required.
