As a DX partner, you will identify business challenges, design software architecture to solve them, and oversee implementation. This role involves working closely with clients from the initial business discussion phase through to development.
Must-haves
- Experience in requirements definition, basic design, and detailed design.
- 3+ years of experience in web/mobile system development using modern technologies.
- Experience outputting API design, screen design, and DB design.
- Problem-solving and proposal skills.
- Ability to switch thinking between concrete and abstract, or abstract to concrete, for system design.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in developing services for end consumers (ToC).
- Experience in quality management, including test design, planning, and operational maintenance.

Work style
Full remote, but may require visits to the Tokyo office or client sites for face-to-face meetings, workshops, demos, reviews, or company events. Location: Tokyo.

Salary: Monthly 350,000 - 860,000 JPY. Annual salary: 7,000,000 - 12,000,000 JPY. English proficiency is not required; operations can be completed in Japanese only.
