Link and Motivation is seeking a Senior SRE to lead the SRE team supporting their multi-product system. The role involves driving design, technology selection, and standardization to enhance company-wide reliability, scalability, and productivity, while balancing site reliability with development organization productivity.
Must-haves
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure construction and operation on AWS
- Experience in configuration management using IaC (Terraform, etc.)
- Experience in technical mentoring (technical support, education, code reviews for members, etc.)
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in designing, operating, and improving large-scale system environments
- Experience in proposing improvements and selecting technologies at the design and strategic levels
- Experience in designing cloud-native infrastructure using Kubernetes
- Knowledge of security design, zero trust, and vulnerability management
- Experience in standardizing CI/CD environments and promoting measures to improve developer experience
- Practical experience in automation and efficiency improvement using ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini, etc.
- People management experience (team management, goal setting/evaluation, etc.)

Other notes
Annual Salary: 8,000,000 - 12,000,000 JPY. Monthly Salary: 530,000 - 800,000 JPY. Includes deemed overtime pay. Salary review twice a year. Bonuses four times a year. Probationary period: 6 months.
