EARTHBRAIN is seeking an engineer to drive the development of an unmanned construction system that enables autonomous operation of multiple construction machines. This role focuses on the cloud and software aspects, particularly the Fleet Management System (FMS), and involves coordinating with various stakeholders and teams to advance the core business of autonomous construction.
Onsite in Tokyo (Minato-ku, Roppongi 1-6-1, Izumi Garden Tower 29F). Discretionary labor system (deemed 10 hours/day). Overtime approx. 20 hours/month.
Annual salary: ¥6,000,000 - ¥11,999,999. Includes commuting allowance and overtime allowance (fixed for 45 hours/month, paid separately if exceeded). Health, pension, employment, and workers' accident insurance. Non-smoking indoors.
