Kaminashi is seeking Senior Software Engineers to contribute to the development of their 'Kaminashi Employee' and 'Kaminashi Education' products. You will be part of a self-organizing team, working full-cycle from exploration to operation, and directly impacting the work styles of millions.
Must-haves
- 3+ years of experience in web application development (Frontend with React/TypeScript or Backend with Go)
- Experience in continuous feature addition, improvement, and operation of existing products
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders to identify and solve problems
- Experience in product development based on hypothesis testing and iterative improvement
- Ability to lead development autonomously, understanding short to medium-term product goals
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and full-stack to infrastructure development
- Understanding and experience with UI/UX for non-IT users
- Experience in systematizing and scaling products or organizations
- Experience in external information dissemination and contributing to tech communities

Salary: Monthly 625,000 - 1,250,000 JPY. Annual 7,500,000 - 15,000,000 JPY. Probationary period of 3 months. Remote work environment setup support provided.
