Seeking an SRE Engineer to maximize the reliability, availability, and performance of Japan's No.1 accounting SaaS product. You will join a team of ~110 engineers and contribute to the platform's development and operation during a critical cloud migration phase.
Hybrid (Tokyo, Shinagawa) with flexible hours (core time 11:00-15:00). Average monthly overtime is in the 20s.
Salary range: 7,000,000 - 18,000,000 JPY per year. Salary increases annually (twice a year for some positions within 3 years). Bonuses are given three times a year. Casual attire is acceptable. Company has a mandatory retirement age of 65 with a re-employment system.
