DIVA is seeking a Tech Lead to drive the reform of their enterprise accounting infrastructure, transitioning their on-premise system to a modern SaaS model using Go and AWS. You will be involved in the full lifecycle of product development, from design and development to operational improvement, contributing to the redesign of accounting as a social infrastructure.
Flextime available (core hours 11:00-15:00). Basic hours are 9:00-18:00, 8-hour workday. Location: Tokyo.
Annual salary: ¥8,000,000 - ¥12,000,000. Average monthly overtime: 10+ hours. Casual attire is acceptable. Retirement at 65 with a re-employment system.
