As a Project Manager in the Product Development Division, you will be involved in the entire lifecycle of our proprietary software, from planning and design to development and operational improvements. We are looking for individuals who can deeply understand complex business domains and drive product strategy from fundamental challenges, going beyond simple progress management.
Must-haves
- Experience as a PL or lead in product development within a business company.
- Experience as a PL/PM in an SIer.
- Willingness to be involved in value creation through proprietary product development.
- No aversion to working in the "accounting" domain, or a desire to be involved in product development in this area.
Nice-to-haves
- Backend development experience with web or business applications.
- Team lead experience (any scale or duration).
- Interest in and habit of learning new technologies and development methodologies.
- Experience developing BtoB SaaS products.

Annual salary range: 8,000,000 - 18,000,000 JPY. Monthly salary: 500,000 - 1,125,000 JPY. Casual attire is acceptable. Retirement age is 65 with a re-employment system.
