Must-haves
- Minimum 3 years of system development experience.
- Desire to contribute to the value creation of in-house product development.
- No aversion to working with the 'accounting' domain or a desire to develop products in this field.
Nice-to-haves
- Backend development experience for web or business applications (familiarity with server-side development including business logic is expected).
- Team lead experience (any scale or duration).
- Interest in and habit of learning new technologies and development methodologies.
- Experience developing BtoB SaaS products (especially with complex business requirements and designing for availability/maintainability).

Work style

Annual salary: ¥8,000,000 - ¥12,000,000. Average monthly overtime is around 10 hours. Casual attire is acceptable. Retirement age is 65 with a re-employment system.
