DIVA is seeking backend engineers to help redefine their on-premise accounting SaaS model. You will be involved in the design, development, and operational improvement of their core accounting product, which has maintained the No.1 market share in Japan for 14 consecutive years. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-difficulty design challenges related to data consistency and responsibility separation within a modern architecture.
Flextime available (core hours 11:00-15:00), Location: Tokyo (Shinagawa HEART 9F). Casual attire is acceptable.
Annual salary: ¥6,000,000 - ¥9,000,000. Average monthly overtime: around 10 hours. Includes employee stock ownership plan and restricted stock units. Re-employment system available up to age 65.
