As a Solutions Architect at Tailor, you will be a key member of the Professional Services team, responsible for identifying customer challenges and implementing solutions from the pre-sales stage through to delivery. You will collaborate closely with clients to co-create products and contribute to the evolution of the Tailor Platform™ based on your experiences.
Must-haves
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing or support roles, involved in customer decision-making.
- Experience presenting to technical stakeholders and executives.
- Native-level Japanese communication skills for technical discussions.
- Must be able to work onsite at the office in Tokyo.
Nice-to-haves
- Understanding of enterprise business domains.
- Experience leading development or implementation of AI/LLM native products.
- Experience abstracting solutions into reusable forms for platform or common asset contribution.
- Experience developing with GraphQL.
- Business-level English communication skills.
