Geniee is seeking a Tech Lead to spearhead the development of a new AI-native product, aiming to revolutionize marketing strategies. This role involves defining AI-native development standards and leading architectural design from scratch, leveraging cutting-edge AI technology and existing company assets.
Must-haves
- TypeScript server-side development experience
- Experience in architectural design (scalability, availability, cost)
- Experience building and promoting AI-native development environments
- Japanese Language Proficiency Test N1 or higher
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with GCP (especially Cloud Run) for service operation and cost optimization
- Experience processing large-scale data using analytical columnar databases like ClickHouse
- Experience with transaction design and tuning using AlloyDB/PostgreSQL
- Experience as a tech lead for small teams (technical decision-making, fostering review culture, mentoring junior engineers)
- Understanding of sales/marketing domains (SFA/CRM/MA, etc.)
- Experience in external technical communication (e.g., conference presentations)
