SecureNavi is seeking an AI Engineer to develop new AI-powered products in the "humanities security" domain, focusing on AI x Security products like 'Fit & Gap' and '2nd Line Master Cloud'. You will design, develop, and improve AI features using generative AI and LLMs, integrating them into real customer workflows.
Must-haves
- Web application development experience (backend or frontend)
- Experience developing with generative AI/LLMs (e.g., APIs)
- Experience understanding customer/product issues and independently proceeding from specification to implementation
- Ability to understand AI output quality and technical limitations, and address gaps
- Must reside in Japan for smooth business operations
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in BtoB SaaS or startup/new business development
- Basic knowledge of AI/Data Science (learning willingness is sufficient)
- Development experience using Go, TypeScript, Next.js, or Python
- Experience with RAG, vector databases, or search infrastructure
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AI agents
- Experience with AI output evaluation, accuracy improvement, and hallucination countermeasures
- Experience developing systems handling unstructured data (documents, check sheets, regulations, etc.)

Work style
Full remote with a mandatory in-office day once every six months. Flexible working hours (core timeなし, 6:00-24:00 flexible time). Must reside in Japan.
Other notes
Annual salary range: 6,500,000 - 8,500,000 JPY (Monthly salary: 541,687 - 708,365 JPY). Includes 45 hours of overtime allowance per month.
